Previously, as CEO of Afterburner Inc., he led a team of over 100 former elite military professionals in helping Fortune 100 companies achieve their top initiatives, earning the Forbes Top 25 Small Businesses in America Award and two Inc 5000 CEO awards. An avid competitor, Joel competed multiple times on American Ninja Warrior and completed the New Zealand Ironman Triathlon. He holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MBA from the University of Texas. Joel resides in Atlanta with his family.

With 13 years of experience at VMware, she most recently served as the Results Management Office Executive in the Office of the CEO, where she spearheaded critical operating model and culture shifts as the company evolved its business model to become more customer-centric as they transformed to a SaaS-business, achieving their $5 billion annual recurring revenue ahead of schedule. She held integral roles across Product, Go-to-Market, and Operations teams, joining the company through the $1.54 billion acquisition of AirWatch.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jamie is actively involved in her community and the 100+ Women Strong alumni organization, where she leverages her influence to empower women pursuing careers in engineering. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Wireless Electrical Engineering from Auburn University and resides in Atlanta with her husband and two children.
